I blew off three dates last week because I didn’t feel like it. Actually, I didn’t blow them off, I politely cancelled or deferred plans with plenty of notice. I spent so much time going on dates last week that I somewhat neglected my running and knee-icing and now with a race coming up this weekend (I’m not competitive, I just want to say I did it) my knees need some serious TLC because they are killing me. It so wasn’t worth it. I’m not even answering emails until next week.
